How the continuous Snow Straps work
Gutter Solutionz metal gutter guards, form a continuous Snow Strap along the entire length of the gutter line and valleys.
Continuous strap along the gutter
Unlike traditional thin/ spaced now straps, Gutter Solutionz Snow Screens run as a continuous screen along the gutter and valleys. This helps prevent snow and hail from packing directly into the gutter and adds significant strength along the entire length.
Support under static loads
By tying the gutter back more securely to the building, the Snow Screen system helps the gutter withstand the static weight of snow and hail sitting along the gutter line, reducing the risk of buckling or splitting.
Resistance to sliding snow
When snow slides off the roof, it can exert powerful forces on the front edge of the gutter. The continuous Snow Screen provides additional resistance against this dynamic load, helping prevent gutters being pulled off their brackets.
