Come winter, the ice and snow took out the entire back gutter on the garage, while the gutter's on the house remained solid and clear. Your product was installed during the past year and for the first time this coming year we are looking forward to having no leaves in our gutters during autumn and all the year particularly no pesky Flax leaves clogging the gutterings. As two more mature people we have really appreciated not having to get up ladders this year. Another bonus for us is the fact that gutterings no longer get filled up with hail or snow which has been a problem for us in the past.

We appreciated your promptness in measuring and quoting on our gutter covering. We moved last year into a very nice, fairly new house, but we had a real problem of birds nesting in our roof last spring and we needed a solution that would give us some piece of mind (and quiet).

The Advent of the rat problem in the ceiling below the roof required the metal protection of "Gutter Solutions". We should not have any rat holes gnawed through the metal as we had experienced with the plastic. Leo's careful attention to any possible access points into the building for rats should ensure that our rat problem has gone and we await the passage of time to confirm that all is now well. I am confident that the leaves will concluded to be excluded.

On a business property with many trees I have spent countless hours clearing out leaves, seeds and other muck from our roof gutters.
I have since have gutter guards installed along the worst affected area and after this autumn it's really proved to be a winner.

We have had Leo's Contracting Ltd of Nelson apply superior metal spouting screen to 3 houses in Marlborough and we are very impressed with not only the product but the workmanship in applying the product.
Our main concern was to protect the homes from rats and mice in particular, and to eliminate leaves etc from clogging the downpipes and we are pleases to say that all this has been achieved, and at a reasonable price.
